Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in manufacturing with prior experience leading a program office with responsibility for simultaneous projects at multiple locations.
Ideally has a broad background in quality management, production, engineering and/or supply chain with safety management experience is a plus.
Building products/construction experience preferred
Candidates must possess:
- A deep working knowledge of Toyota Production System with a demonstrated history of accomplishment in operational leadership and project execution in brown field operations with ability to scope, plan and administer projects.
- A solid understanding of DMAIC method as part of a Lean Six Sigma deployment (e.g. Plant Assessments, Charters, DMAIC methods, Tollgate Reviews, Lean Steering Team, multi-site project management with a financial roll-up and resource management).
