Job Title: Performance Excellence Consultant

Job Description:
The Performance Excellence Consultant coordinates performance improvement initiatives for the hospital. Utilizing Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodologies, the incumbent will employ performance improvement/transformation methodology, tools and techniques in organizational operations in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements. The Performance Excellence Consultant works with quality and performance improvement professionals in the planning, designing, and accomplishment of key projects in the areas of clinical quality, productivity, unit cost, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of Performance Improvement experience in medium to large companies
- Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering & Applied Sciences preferred
- Minitab and Visio experience, Strong analytical/problem solving skills, Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
