Job Title: Certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt

Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Description:
This is a "Classic" black belt position. You will be part of a project driven group of black belts supporting multiple plants in multiple locations across the country utilizing six sigma and lean tools. Travel is based on the project. Typically after 2-3 years black belts are then rotated into functional management roles or progress to master black belt certification. You will also be responsible for mentoring yellow/green belts as part of your role. Looking for someone with a generalist background in project management so they can plug in and hit the ground running once joining the company. Must have a BS/BA, an advanced degree is a plus. This position can be in one of 4 plant locations. You must be able to provide hard cost savings analysis as well has have strong soft skills to interact with plant personnel and executive managment.
