Job Title: Six Sigma Black Belt or Master - ERP Implementation Professional

Location: Evansville, Indiana

Job Description:

Six Sigma Black Belt or Master and Lean Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

ERP Implementation Professional - experienced Financials and Manufacturing - Southern Indiana

Prior experience leading successful ERP implementation(s) such as: (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Friedman)

Six Sigma Black Belt or Master and Lean Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

ERP experience from an Automotive industry would be a good fit.

• Work with the organization to define and analyze ERP system needs
• Recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
• Ensure solution provides consistent IT building blocks in the back end that effectively integrates with other functional areas
• Identify and resolve ongoing day to day ERP & IT business issues
• Manage a portfolio of business projects and prioritization of projects
• Develop business case and feasibility studies
• Liaise with finance team and other business units to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Improve business processes while leading teams to achieve success
• Analyze and map processes (current state/future state)
• Analyze data and communicate recommendations
• Produce high quality documentation for requirements, solution options, recommended optimum solution, and project management / execution to deliver on promise
• Manage change requests, traceability matrix (tracing requirements during implementation), acceptance, installation, and deployment of solution
• Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a business needs point of view
• Interact with executive leadership team on systems recommendations, implementations and other key projects

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience leading a Financial ERP system implementation(s)and a full understanding of the implementation process
  
• Must have advanced level knowledge of ERP systems (Financial ERP & Manufacturing ERP)
  
• Must be able to guide the business through ERP implementation and optimization
  
• Must be able to lead cross functional teams to consolidate and stream line infrastructure
  
• Must have prior experience managing a Financial ERP system
  
• Must be able to manage including budget forecasting and P&L management
  
• Experience in Six Sigma or Lean environments required – with a very strong preference for Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt experience
